Chris is an independent strength and conditioning coach and Head Coach of the Gain Forth Weightlifting Club in Belfast. He has spent over 13 years coaching on the gym floor: novice lifters, club and county athletes, professionals, and people rebuilding after serious injury.
His approach is simple: understand how your body moves, build the plan around that, and coach the detail. Clients describe him as professional, adaptable and, in their words, good craic along the way.
First class knowledge, experience, adaptability and professionalism. I started going to Chris for specialist guidance on my recovery from spinal surgery. For years I had been to countless physiotherapists, doctors, personal trainers and even acupuncturists with limited success. After our initial discussion, Chris drew up a training plan and timeline for my rehabilitation and we got to work. He was able to accurately identify the problems I was having from the outset.
Literally by the end of our first training session I had gained mobility I had not experienced for years. Chris has an understanding of body mechanics I have not seen before, and he has used it to get me to a point I'd not considered possible half a year ago. If you're looking for a professional, hard-working and dedicated trainer who can genuinely achieve incredible results, I can't recommend him highly enough.

As a coach and strength athlete myself, I came to Chris to hold myself accountable to my programme and get an outside perspective on my technique. He has been a great coach and a lot of fun to be trained by. He has helped my training and focus on so many levels. I can't wait to have a long coaching and athlete relationship with him.

As a physio and strength and conditioning coach myself, I came to Chris for accountability and programming to compete in powerlifting, and to learn along the way. I've now been working with him for nearly two years. In that time I've put on a decent bit of muscle and my strength has massively improved, all while staying injury-free. Chris listens to my input and pieces together consistently great programming.
His in-person feedback often spots things I'd have missed. Even if you're a coach, or know how to train, and are serious about being the best and strongest version of yourself, Chris will take you to the next level, and is (sometimes) good craic along the way.

One short application covers all three options. Chris reads every one himself and replies within two working days to arrange a call. Already know what you want? Book the call straight away.
